Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled service time.
In the event no one is on site upon arrival, we will attempt to make contact, if after 15 minutes waiting with no contact we leave the site, the booking cancelled, and the fee will still apply.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Contact us immediatley with any discrepancies
We may modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with options for a full refund or rescheduling
Service will be invoiced and full payment is due the day of service
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking with still apply
Changes to bookings can be made with a minimum 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking, subject to availability.
