Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Please ensure all details in the confirmation are correct and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
Payment Terms
Services booked will be invoiced, and full payment is due the day of service

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking can be cancelled
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking fees will still apply
To cancel your booking, please contact us.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for changes
In the event no one is on site upon arrival, we will give a curtesy call after 15 minutes waiting with no contact we leave the site, the booking cancelled, and the fee will still apply
Service Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled service time.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
