TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Booking Confirmation

    • Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

    • Please ensure all details in the confirmation are correct and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

  • Payment Terms

    • Services booked will be invoiced, and full payment is due the day of service

    • Payment Method by EFT

  • Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking can be cancelled

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking fees will still apply

    • To cancel your booking, please contact us.

  • Changes to Bookings

    • Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date, subject to availability.

    • Additional charges may apply for changes

    • In the event no one is on site upon arrival, we will give a curtesy call after 15 minutes waiting with no contact we leave the site, the booking cancelled, and the fee will still apply

  • Service Conditions

    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances.

    • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Customer Responsibilities

    • Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled service time.

  • Liability

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

    • Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

    • We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
